Caravan

So far the damage in the caravan aint too bad. I suppose it could have been a lot worse and spread even further. The caravan had been stood for abot 2 years or so on my dad's farm before I rescued it. So come back soon to see any updated pics. If you are a ukcampsite member then hopefully by easter I will be in the 'fixed it club'. Oh yeah, I'm supposed to be using the caravan at Easter. I haven't even tested the water supply, heater, driving lights, battery, water heater, fridge, cooker, awning....... D'oh!!! Lots to do I think, why am I sitting inside writing this then????

Finally got round to testing the water. At first the water pump didn't work. So I spoke to Macintyre Caravans (my local dealer) and they offered to test it for me. In the meantime I decided to check the power to the pump, all ok, although the connectors looked a bit corroded, so I cleaned them up and smeared a bit of conductive grease on them ...... now it works, I HAVE WATER!!!! :-)
